Performance & Measurement

Performance Marketing and Measurement

Performance marketing only works if you can trust the numbers. We build measurement systems that connect campaign spend to business outcomes, including the leads and sales that happen outside the website — conversion tracking, call tracking, offline conversions, and server-side tracking working together.

The numbers on a platform dashboard are only half the story. The other half sits in your CRM, your phone line, and your sales team's notes.

The measurement gap

Why dashboard metrics are not enough

Platform dashboards report what the platform sees. Google Ads knows about clicks and form submissions. It does not know that half those leads were unqualified, or that the best customers came in through a phone call nobody tracked.

The gap between platform numbers and business results is where most Polish marketing budgets quietly leak. Closing it requires connecting your ad data to your actual sales process — a setup problem more than a reporting problem.

Tracking built for real decisions

Conversion tracking done properly

Basic conversion tracking fires a tag when someone submits a form. That is a starting point, not a measurement system.

Distinguish leads, pass the right values back

We set up tracking that separates one lead type from another, captures the parameters that matter, and passes the right values back to the ad platforms. If your sales team marks a lead as qualified in a CRM, that signal should influence how the ad platform optimizes. Otherwise you are training it on the wrong conversion.

Call tracking

When deals close on the phone

A large share of Polish service businesses close on the phone. Without call tracking, those conversions stay invisible to the ad platforms and to your own reporting. We set up dynamic number insertion so each channel is attributed properly, and record call outcomes where consent allows. Phone leads stop being a black box.

Server-side tracking

Collect what you are entitled to collect

Browser restrictions and consent choices have made client-side tracking less reliable than it used to be. Server-side tracking moves data collection to a server you control, which improves accuracy and reduces dependence on what the browser decides to pass along. It is not a workaround for privacy rules — it is a way to keep the data reliable in the current environment.

Offline conversions

What closes away from the website

Offline conversions matter when leads close away from the website — in a CRM, at a showroom, over a signed contract, or through a sales rep. We import those outcomes back into the ad platforms so optimization is based on real revenue rather than form fills.

This is especially relevant for B2B, real estate, automotive, and any business with a longer sales cycle. It is also where a lot of agencies stop, because the setup requires access and coordination that tactical media buying does not.

Where this work usually pays off

  • B2B teams with a sales cycle measured in weeks, not minutes
  • Real estate and automotive, where the lead arrives online and closes on site
  • Any business where the sales rep is the real conversion event

Attribution and reporting

Knowing where to move budget next month

Attribution across channels

Attribution is the question of which touchpoint gets credit. The honest answer is that most Polish buyers touch several channels before converting, and no single model captures the whole story.

We use a combination of platform data, last-click reporting, and modeled attribution to build a picture that is useful for decisions. The goal is not perfect attribution — it is knowing where to move budget next month.

Reporting that answers business questions

Monthly reports should answer questions a business owner actually has: which channel produced the most qualified leads, what a lead cost, and where spend is going that should be cut. We build reporting around those questions rather than around platform metrics. If a number does not change a decision, it does not need to be in the report.

Performance Max, measured honestly

Performance Max is a black-box campaign type by design, which makes measurement harder. The way to manage it is through clean conversion data, strong audience signals, and account-level reporting that shows how it performs alongside Search, Shopping, and remarketing. We treat it as one part of a paid search structure, not a replacement for it.

What good measurement costs

Front-loaded work most of the value depends on

Setting up tracking properly takes time at the start of a relationship. Access to analytics, ad accounts, CRM, and sometimes development support on the website. Clients who skip it usually end up optimizing toward the wrong conversion for months before anyone notices. We would rather spend the first weeks getting the data right than run campaigns on numbers nobody trusts.

What we need from you

  • Read access to your analytics and ad accounts
  • A view of your CRM or sales process, however it is run
  • Website or development support for server-side work
  • A conversation about what a qualified lead actually looks like

One system, two views

How this connects to the rest of the work

Measurement is not a separate service bolted onto media buying. It shapes which channels we recommend, how campaigns are structured, and what we report.

If your current reporting does not tell you what a lead cost or where it came from, that is usually the first thing to fix. The measurement work and the channel work are two views of the same system — read them together and the campaign structure starts to make sense.

Questions before you start

Practical answers about measurement setup

How long does a proper tracking setup take?

It depends on how many systems are involved. A straightforward form-tracking setup can be live within the first weeks of a relationship. Call tracking, offline conversions, and server-side tracking need coordination with your CRM and sometimes your developer, so they land in stages rather than in one day. We would rather stage the work than rush a setup nobody trusts.

Do we have to replace our existing analytics?

Usually not. Most setups we work with keep their existing analytics and add the layers that are missing — a second signal for calls, a CRM import for offline outcomes, or a server-side container. The goal is a system that answers business questions, not a rebuild for its own sake.

Is call recording allowed in Poland?

Call recording sits inside consent rules, and we only record outcomes where consent allows. Call tracking itself — the dynamic number and the attribution that comes with it — does not require recording. Many clients start with tracking only and add recording later if their sales process calls for it.

What does server-side tracking actually change?

It moves the collection of conversion data from the visitor's browser to a server you control. In practice that means fewer conversions lost to browser restrictions and a more stable feed of conversion signals into the ad platforms. It does not change what you are allowed to collect — consent rules still apply — but it keeps the data you are entitled to collect from being dropped along the way.
