Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this website is Random One Digital Sp. z o.o., a Polish advertising agency registered at ul. Stanisława Przybyszewskiego 91-99, lok. 15, 93-126 Łódź, Poland.

For anything relating to privacy — a question, a request, a complaint about how your data was handled — the contact address is [email protected].

What data we collect

When you send the contact form or write to us by email, we receive the details you choose to give: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. We use exactly those fields to reply, to prepare a proposal, and to take the next step if you decide to work with us.

A smaller set of technical data arrives automatically while you browse: IP address, browser type, device information, and which pages you opened. This data keeps the site running and tells us which pages visitors actually read, so we can improve the content.

Why we process your data

Personal data from the contact form or email is processed to answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and, where it applies, to enter into and perform a service agreement. We do not run enquiries through an automated decision-making process, and we do not profile visitors of this website.

Technical data is processed to keep the site secure and available, to understand how visitors move through it, and to improve what is published here. Analytics and marketing cookies only run once you have agreed to them.

Legal basis for processing

  • Consent

Given freely when you accept analytics or marketing cookies, and withdrawable at any time through the cookie settings.

  • Contract

Where you have asked for a proposal or commissioned services, and for the steps needed before a contract is signed.

  • Legitimate interest

Operating, securing and defending the website, and keeping a record of enquiries that reach the studio.

  • Legal obligation

Where Polish law, including accounting and tax rules, requires us to keep or disclose specific records.

How long we keep data

Enquiry data stays with us for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and any working relationship that follows. After that we keep it only for the period Polish law requires, which includes accounting and tax obligations.

Technical and analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in the tool that produced it, or until you withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. When the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers that support our day-to-day operations: hosting, email delivery, and analytics. Each of them processes data on our written instructions and only for the purpose we have agreed.

Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is handled under applicable safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where the law requires them. You can ask us which categories of providers are involved.

How measurement works

Your rights

You can use any of the rights below by writing to [email protected]. We answer requests relating to personal data within the time the law allows, and we may ask a question or two to confirm who is asking before we act.

Access

Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it, together with an explanation of why it is processed.

Correction

If a name, address, phone number or company detail is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

Deletion

Ask us to delete data where there is no legal basis for keeping it. Where a record must stay for accounting or tax reasons, we will say so and explain which rule applies.

Restriction and objection

Request that we pause processing while a question is resolved, or object to processing that rests on our legitimate interest.

Withdrawing consent

Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect what was lawfully processed before it.

Complaint

You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work; others measure traffic or support marketing, and those only run after you agree. The full list of cookies, what each one does, and how to manage or withdraw your choice sits in the Cookie Policy.
